Position: Apartment Leasing Agent Location: Aurora, IL Applicants required to work weekends. Illinois Leasing License preferred. Responsibilities Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs. Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience. Follow-up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments. Tour and close the prospect. Process applications, preparation of lease packages & renewals. Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience. Marketing and Social Media management for the community. Great Salary PLUS Commission. Qualifications Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required. Illinois Leasing License preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high level professionalism. Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents. Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting. Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software is preferred.
